A: All orders are shipped after they are processed. You will receive a shipping notification.
Q: When will I receive my order?
A: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive your tracking number via email or phone number. You will then be able to track your order with your chosen carrier. 

Q: How much is shipping?
A: Shipping costs depends on the shipping method selected at checkout, the weight of your package, and the destination. Please choose the shipping method that better suits your needs.

Q: Do you offer refunds?
A: We do not offer refunds. However, returns will be accepted for exchange or store credit. All final sale items cannot be returned for exchange or store credit.
